Dial's Catering
We work with you to plan your catering event so that you’re a guest at your own party! We bring in delicious food (all inclusive menus), equipment rentals (tables, chairs, linens), staff, and then execute the catering logistics. Need something beyond catering? We’ve got you covered with our great network of resources.
Deposits & Guaranteed Final Guest Count
Your cost sheet will reflect a guaranteed minimum guest count. Your non-refundable 50% deposit secures event date and our services based upon the guest count. Final guest count is due 30 days prior to the event date, all changes must be summitted in writing and approved by Dial's Catering. You will be responsible for 100% of the Guaranteed Minimum Guest Count. Dial’s Catering will be prepared to serve a maximum of 10% over your guest count. The 50% security deposit is due upon acceptance of menu & invoice. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to event.

Menu Selection
Menu selections are to be finalized no later than 30 days prior to your event date. Dial’s Catering focuses on food sourced local to the region of your event and we must have time to do so in order to guarantee the freshest and cleanest sources available.

Tastings
After reviewing your quote and customized menu, we are happy to schedule a tasting with you and one guest to finalize food selections, beverages, and event details. Once the menu and quote are confirmed the cost of the tasting will go toward the final balance. If you choose to not retain Dial’s Catering for your event, you will be responsible for the cost of tasting. We will provide you invoice for the tastings.
Decor/Arrangements
Decor and arrangements are available for an additional cost upon request.
Excess Food
Dial’s Catering rejects the notion that excess food that is NOT exposed to guest contact is waste. The client is welcome to any and all leftover items that have not been plated or presented at your buffet. Dial’s Catering will utilize the clients appropriate plastic, aluminum, paper, or glass storage containers.

Military Discount
15% off of final bill if the person booking is a veteran.
